General Objectives

  • Develop updated, reflective, and practical knowledge essential for athlete intervention, integrating training theory, observation technologies, and socio-historical analysis of sports.

  • Address the need for scientifically grounded knowledge in sports training, combining theory with cutting-edge methodologies.

  • Equip athletes with the skills to excel from grassroots development to high-level competition.

  • Foster the scientific and pedagogical growth of athletes, enabling innovation and personal, social, and professional development on a global scale.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will:
